Star buy: make your own falafel in a flash at home with this super easy kit. You just add oil (optional) and water, soak for an hour then roll into balls and bung into the oven….seriously easy and seriously good. This is our best seller!!
The kit is made up of dried chickpeas and freshly roasted and ground herbs and spices. They are delicious bulked out with veggies or breadcrumbs. If you have some curry powder you can make the most delicious sauce by frying in a little oil and when it’s cool mix with yogurt.
Serve with wraps (try our flatbread kit), salad and a spicy sauce or shape into burgers and serve in a bun. We served up mini falafel and flatbread canapés topped with a spicy sauce – they went down a treat! To make them super speedy, put them to soak when making dinner the night before or breakfast in the morning.
You need: 1 tsp oil and 60ml water per person.
