Make your own healthy energy bar made from only dates, cashew nuts, vine fruit and cocoa with our energy bar recipe kit. We supply the energy bar recipe kit, you pimp it up, shape it up and eat it up.

Pimp it up:
– add grated orange zest or a few drops of juice
– add some chilli flakes
– add some coffee granules
– roll into balls and coat with cocoa powder or desiccated coconut to make a healthy alternative to truffles
– naughty but nice: add some alcohol and make into truffles, what a lovely gift idea

Ingredients & warnings:

dates, cashew nuts, raisins, sultanas, currants and cocoa powder.

Warnings: may contain mustard, celery, gluten, sulphites, sesame seeds, nuts

This assumes a 35 gram serving which is very generous.
